This project at the Royal High School in Bath required the remodeling and refurbishment of existing administrative offices and main reception, including the cloakrooms, changing rooms, WCs and corridors. Works were required to be undertaken during the summer shutdown period and completed in time for the start of the new term.
H Sweet sought early engagement from the Client and it’s design team to ensure that the Brief was developed and managed from pre-contract to completion. Working in a semi-live environment, access, restrictions and sequencing were key to ensuring the timely and successful delivery of this project.
The project was successfully completed, including additional works and variations to the design, ensuring the facilities and upgrades were in place as required so as not to disrupt the operations of the school at the start of term.
