An existing school facility, the project requirement was the delivery of fast track works to enable redevelopment of the main site by delivering temporary classrooms, WC facilities, Cloakrooms and storage spaces. Works had to be undertaken during a school shutdown period with no flexibility on completion date.
H Sweet undertook to complete the works in the restricted timescales by expanding working hours and using key trusted supply chain members to ensure a timely delivery of this project. A flexible and collaborative approach was taken to ensure the project was delivered on time and in accordance with the budget and quality levels required.
H Sweet delivered the project as contracted including additional works without impacting the completion date. Temporary classrooms and facilities were in place and ready for handover, delivering the standards required to ensure no disruption to the pupil environment for the start of term.
